Using statistics from Igniyte’s Business of Reviews report, the article details the true cost to UK businesses of dealing with negative reviews and malicious online comments.

The article reveals how 33% of UK companies are allocating a budget of £20,000 this year to deal with negative reviews, a 3% rise on 2014’s budget.

Following the release of the Competition & Markets Authority investigation report last month, Igniyte gives companies advice on how to adhere to regulations to avoid government action.
