See Igniyte’s talk at the Brand Engagement Masterclass

10 June 2015 · Igniyte

Igniyte will be speaking at Leeds-based event The Brand & Audience Engagement Masterclass.

Taking place on Tuesday 14th July, the Masterclass will cover all bases for brands to be able to develop a successful audience engagement strategy.

Igniyte’s presentation – Brand Protection Online: What every brand needs to know and how to react quickly to negative information – will demonstrate how brands can create a positive online image and how to deal with any negative content.

With Igniyte’s research revealing that more than half of UK businesses have been affected by unfounded reviews or malicious online postings; it’s essential that brands and companies have a clear online content management strategy in place.

Whilst brands have been finding and engaging with their audiences on social media and wherever they’re gathered online to grow their online presence; Google has developed its algorithms so that third-party websites, forums and press articles rank highly for brand names. This means that brands are now facing issues with these sites and articles ranking highly when they’re not always positive about their brand.

Igniyte’s talk will take the audience through how to deal with this negative content and what steps to take to build a positive online presence.

If you’d like to attend the event, you can register here and get in touch if you’d like to see Igniyte’s presentation slides after the event.

Hope to see you there!
