Business Reporter covers Igniyte’s Business of Reviews research

1 June 2015 · Igniyte

The Business Reporter has published some of the key findings from Igniyte’s latest research on how online reviews have affected UK businesses.

The paper, distributed with The Daily Telegraph, The Sunday Telegraph and City A.M. has reported on Igniyte’s findings from our Business of Reviews report, including the discovery that more than half of the 1,000 UK businesses surveyed admitted they’d been affected by malicious online content.

The article also covered the finding that 17% of UK businesses are worried that unfair negative posts could destroy their business entirely, leading to managers spending an average of eight hours per week monitoring activity.
