How Small Businesses Cope With Negative Reviews Online

Smallbusiness.co.uk featured our latest research of business professionals whilst also discussing how small businesses can work to manage negative reviews.

With unmoderated review sites and forums rising, it is becoming increasingly difficult to manage reviews directed at your business. In line with this, almost 19 per cent of those taking part in the research said their firm had created roles in-house in order to effectively respond to reviews and online content.

What Igniyte Says

Igniyte Managing Partner and Founder, Simon Wadsworth, states that taking control of a company’s online review and content strategy is crucial to its success. This can be done by ensuring good customer service. Also, take negative feedback as an opportunity for growth and development within the business.

According to our research, 21 per cent of people believe that poor reviews have the potential to destroy a business . Significantly, this is a four per cent increase on the 2014 findings. Read the full article here.
